We, the Trustees of ISKCON New Vrindavan East Trust, hereby inform the public, devotees and ISKCON life members that:

1. Some unauthorised individuals and agents are illegally taking bookings and collecting money in the name of ISKCON or ISKCON New Vrindavan East Trust and issuing donation receipts without authority.
2. No such unauthorised bookings or payments are recognised by ISKCON New Vrindavan East Trust.
3. The Trust is NOT responsible for any money paid, loans incurred, or commitments made through such unauthorised/unauthenticated persons or channels.
4. All official bookings, donations, and payments are accepted ONLY through authorised Trust offices and officially approved channels.
5. Please verify authenticity before making any payment or booking.
6. If any devotee or visitor encounters or becomes aware of any unauthorised activity, fraud, or suspicious transaction, kindly report it immediately to the Trust authorities in writing at Info@madhubanashram.org
7. The Trust reserves the right to take strict legal action against individuals or groups involved in such fraudulent activities.
